Freight and Transportation Services
Cancellation of scheduled freight services must be communicated in writing to KJ Medelez LLC as soon as possible.
Load cancellations may be subject to fees, including but not limited to:
• Truck Ordered Not Used (TONU) charges
• Deadhead mileage
• Detention fees
• Administrative costs
Fees will be assessed based on timing of cancellation and operational impact.
Custom or time-sensitive freight arrangements, including refrigerated or harvest logistics services, may be non-refundable once dispatch has been initiated.
