Carrier Onboarding Requirements


We partner with professional, safety-focused carriers and owner-operators. To join our network, please review our minimum requirements below:

Minimum Carrier Requirements:

  • Active Operating Authority
  • Current W-9 on file
  • Certificate of Insurance
  • Properly licensed and insured drivers and equipment
  • Compliance with all DOT/FMCSA regulations
  • No double-brokering or back solicitation permitted


Document Submission & Payment:


  •  All load documents and paperwork must be submitted within the required timeframe.
  •  Originals are required for payment processing.
  •  Payment options include Regular Pay, Quick Pay, and Instant Pay.


Additional Information:


  • Carriers are responsible for maintaining their own equipment and insurance at all times.
